Buying tickets
Tickets are sold online at tickets.americanatheatrebranson.com and at our box office. Online sales for a performance end at its showtime. Prices are shown before you pay; sales tax and a per-ticket fee are added for paid tickets. Seats you pick online are held for you for 10 minutes while you check out.
Your tickets
After you pay, your tickets are on your private tickets page, emailed to you, and texted to you if you ticked the text box. Show the QR codes at the door on your phone or printed, or give your name or confirmation number at the box office. Each QR code admits one person once.
Changes, exchanges and refunds
For any change to an order, an exchange or a refund, please call the box office at 417-544-8700 or visit us. If a show's time changes or a performance is cancelled, we will contact you using the email or phone number on your order.
Half price all year
After a paid purchase, the same first and last name, plus the same phone number or email, gets half price on tickets to any other eligible performance through December 30, 2026. It does not apply to the performance you already bought, New Year's Eve, or shows with fewer than 5 performances. Tax is figured on the lower price; the ticket fee is not discounted. It can't be combined with a friend code on the same order.
Friend codes
Each customer gets a friend code. A friend who buys tickets with it gets one free large popcorn and drink with that order; after a friend's first purchase with the code, the person who shared it gets one too (one per code). The popcorn ticket is good at the performance on that order and can be used once. Codes can't be used by their owner, and are good on eligible performances through December 30, 2026.
